![]() Simply lovin it: Western Australia. Just as Steffi Wahl comes back to South Africa every European winter, I have returned to my own favorite place for windsurfing: Western Australia. Starting off on my own was a bit weird, but along the way I have found the most entertaining travelmates, visited good friends from last year, saw some amazing wildlife and have just came back from a week of riding one of the world s longest waves in the north of WestOz. I have been warned that passing on the secret of this break might come back to me as bad luck, so I am afraid you have to find out yourselves... Wishing every windgirl could once come over here and take it all in by herself. It's truly magic. ![]() Greenhead, WA. ![]() Greenhead, WA. ![]() Group of Emus. ![]() Low budget travel in my 1983 Toyota van. ![]() Gascoyne River. ![]() Pelicans at World Heritage Area Shark Bay. ![]() A secret to be kept... posted by Anonymous at 12/06/2004 07:15:00 AM |
